How to Delete Pages From SignAnything

This feature enables the user to customise the document in Sign Anything. They can easily delete pages, right away before signing.

Step by Step Guide

1. Upload your PDF document via Sign Anything and click “Create.”

2. Once you have the generated document displayed, click on “Document pages” on the right-hand side.

3. You can now see all the pages within this document, and click on the red “bin” icon to remove pages.

4. After this has been clicked, you will be prompted to confirm the page deletion. Deleting pages include all the document fields and custom options embedded in the page.

5. Once confirmed, the page will no longer be available in the document (when downloaded or printed), and will not be in the Document Pages preview.

Adding Additional Pages to SignAnything and Contracts

This feature allows Sign users to select multiple files to be uploaded and bundled to the main document. Enabling this allows a more efficient workflow and reduces steps for all Contract and Sign Anything users.

1. Create and upload your Contract or Sign Anything document.

2. Once the document has been generated, click on the Document Page Icon on the right hand side, and click “Add Files.”

3. Pop up will appear, simply navigate to your file location, and select the first file you wish to upload, and click “ctrl” (for Windows) or “command/cmd” (for Mac) on your keyboard to select multiple files, and click Open. Alternately, you can drag your mouse pointer through all the files you want to be uploaded.

4. The additional pages will now be visible in Document pages, you can add signature boxes, delete or re-order the page, or other custom options as you wish.

Reorder Pages

Sign users have now the ability to reorder the pages of Contract and SignAnything documents.

  • How-to:
    1. Click the Document Pages icon from the floating toolbar on the right of the screen
    2. If you wish to move a page, select the intended page and click the arrow button
    3. A modal will appear where it would ask you to select to which page number would you like to move the selected page.
    4. Click Okay and you have successfully reordered a page.

Add Multiple Files to SignAnything
