This article is a step-by-step guide for agents to add or remove annexures as required for Form 6/Agency Agreement/Contract.
This is available to QLD, SA, VIC offices
When creating your document

When creating the agreement or contract, you will see the annexure section on your screen

Add additional annexures from the defaults with the “+” (your office admin sets up these defaults)

CREATE CUSTOM allows you to add additional annexures (PDF or free text) to this specific document

ADD SIGNATURE boxes for vendor, buyer and primary agent. After uploading your PDF, click edit if you want to add text box, signature request etc on the PDF and click Save

Click the bin icon to remove any annexures

Click FINISH to generate the document and the signature boxes would be added to the document.
Limitations:

You can't add a signature box to free text annexures

You cant add the signature box to annexures uploaded via office settings

Upload Strata disclosure within your contract, and click add signatures
Choose the signer on the left hand side menu - vendor, buyer or primary agent
Click to add their name, email, signature / date stamp as required
Click save
