Adding a signature box on my annexures

This article is a step-by-step guide for agents to add or remove annexures as required for Form 6 / Agency Agreement / Contract

When creating your Form6 /  Agency Agreement / Contract

When your office creates Form6/Agency Agreement / Contract, agents and admin can add the annexures that admins have set up or specific ones for this listing: 

  • Add additional annexures from the defaults you set with the “+”

  • CREATE CUSTOM allows you to add additional annexures (PDF or free text) to this specific document

  • Choosing "UPLOAD" allows you to ADD SIGNATURE boxes for vendor, buyer and primary agent. Remember to click SAVE

  • Click the bin icon to remove any annexures

  • Click FINISH to generate the document and the signature boxes would be added to the document. 

  • For QLD offices, you can also upload Strata disclosure within your contract, and add signature boxes as required
