To enable this feature your office will need to integrate your Price Finder or Corelogic account. Office admins are able to add this integration if it is not already in place - you can find more info on how to do this here.
There are three 3 ways to search comparable sales properties:
- Recent sales section - for a broad range of properties
- Search by property address - for a more targeted range of properties
- Create a recent sale - when you have made a recent sale that isn't yet being returned by Corelogic or Price Finder you can add a sale manually
Recent sales section
You can use the filter to refine or expand the results by choosing from the below key attributes:
- Bed
- Bath
- Car
- Month Range
- Minimum to maximum price range
Click on the Add button beside the comparable sale you wish add.
To edit the comparable, click on the kebab menu button and click Edit
- Edit photo
- Address
- Property Details
- Price
- Sold Date
To remove a property, click on the kebab menu button and click Remove
Search by property address
For a more targeted search, use Search by property.
- On the search bar, type in the property address you’re looking for (e.g 123 test street), and click on the search button
- Click on the Add button beside the comparable sale you wish add
Create a recent sale
If you’re unable to find the property you’re looking for, you have the option to Create a Recent Sale.
Upload an image of the property on the Add Photo box by dropping in the photo or clicking on the box and selecting the photo from the pop-up window.
Add in the following details:
- Photo
- Property Address
- Property Details
After adding in these details, you can click on the Add button.
You can go back and edit the property at any time by clicking on the kebab menu button and clicking Edit.
