Authenticate your REIV account
Just like connecting to your data provider, please follow the below steps to connect your REIV account with Realtair. Office admins are required to complete this set up before agents can generate Authority.
In order to connect your office’s REIV account to Realtair, we require the office’s secret key and access key. Office admins are required to obtain this information directly from REIV Vic Forms by emailing support@reiv.zendesk.com or submit their request via Submit a request – VicForms . Once you have the secret key and access key from REIV VicForms, please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to Realtair and go to Sign Office setting by clicking this link.
2. Search for your office name and click on your office
3. Click on Settings
4. Click on “Authenticate REIV VicForms” on the left hand side bar menu, enter access key and secret key provided by REIV Support Team, and click “authenticate”
5. If successful, you will see the below pop up message.
