Realtair has introduced an exciting new feature to streamline the creation of Form 6 for QLD users. With this update, we now prefill the vendor's legal name using CoreLogic data, saving you time!
Things to Keep in Mind
- This feature is only available for offices in Queensland.
- Your office must use CoreLogic as the data provider for this functionality to work.
- If a vendor is listed as a company, you will need to manually input the legal name.
How It Works
-
Using the Address for CoreLogic Lookup
- When you add a property address while creating a Form 6, Realtair automatically performs a CoreLogic lookup to retrieve and prefill the vendor's legal name.
-
Handling Vendor Mismatches
- If there’s a mismatch between the names in your Pitch presentation and CoreLogic:
- The legal name field will still be prefilled from CoreLogic.
- The First Name and Last Name fields will remain blank for manual entry.

-
Multiple Vendors
- If CoreLogic data lists more vendors than you’ve added in your Pitch presentation:
- We will prefill the legal name for additional vendors (e.g., Vendor 3).
- The First Name and Last Name fields for these vendors will remain blank.
