Process payment through Campaign Agent

When your Agency Agreement has been successfully signed by all parties you can use your Campaign Agent integration to complete any vendor or agent paid advertising.


Simply clicking on the signature icon from within the Agency Agreement to display payment options.



You can choose to add a vendor payment and/or agent contribution from the popup.



Clicking vendor payment will display your Campaign Agent screen prefilled with property address and vendor details. 



Simply review some key questions and confirm the marketing amount and start date in this screen.



After confirming marketing total you have the option to either have your vendor scan a QR code if you are with them in person or alternatively send an email or SMS to your vendor with payment information.


Check back in your Agency Agreement at any time to review progress on either vendor payment or agent contribution.


You can see which payments are pending

 

And which have been completed.
