You can collect the Vendor Bank Details anytime
1. Property is activated in the Sell Tab
2. Entered Vendor Information
3. Deposit Card is generated
4. Make sure your office admin has entered the trust account details in the office setting.

There are two ways you can Request Vendor Bank Details

Go to the Deposits tab and click the Request Vendor Bank Details button.

Or, open any existing deposit then click the Request Vendor Bank Details button.

A confirmation modal will be displayed. Clicking the Send Email button will trigger the sending of emails to all vendors.

The vendor will receive an email to enter their bank details.

When vendors click on the button, they will be redirected to a separate page and will be asked to enter a one-time PIN code sent to their mobile number.

Upon entering the one-time code, they will be asked to enter their bank details and once completed, a success page will be shown. Corresponding emails and SMS will be sent when submission is successful.

Going back to the Deposit campaign, a checkmark will be displayed beside the Vendor/s bank details to indicate that the bank details have been collected.

If the vendor needs to update the details prior to settlement, the agent/ admin would need to request the bank account details again by clicking the Request vendor bank details button

When the vendor submits new bank information, notifications will be sent and the new bank account details will replace the previous details.
