1. The first step is to request the portal feed with AgentBox Support (support@agentbox.com) and request the Agency ID code. See below for an example of what you could say.
"Hi AgentBox Support,
I would like to request a portal feed to be set up between my office Test Real Estate and Realtair Sell (Auction Now), could you please facilitate this and supply me with the Agency ID for my office to enter into Realtair?
Thank you"
2. Once AgentBox support has replied and advised the feed has been set up and supplied you with the Agency ID for your office, you will need to log into buy.realtair.com, when you land on the home page you will need to select the Green Sign In Button. You can either opt to Sign in with Realtair or select Forgot Password and reset it to one of your choosing for this platform.
**Please note: Your password for buy.realtair.com will be different to your password for logging into Pitch and Sign.
3. Once logged in and on your dashboard, click the three lines on the top left and select My Group.
If it doesn't take you to your dashboard and just reloads the page please select Agent Dashboard across the green line at the top and this will take you there.
4. From here you will see your office name and a pencil icon on the right-hand side, click on the pencil icon and your office details will open up, you will then need to click the CRM Connect tab under the office name.
5. The next step is to click the Green Connect to AgentBox button and enter the Agency ID AgentBox Support has given you and click the Blue Connect button
6. It will then show as below saying you are connected to AgentBox
**Please make sure that auctionnow.com.au is ticked under the Export to Portals section under the General Tab in AgentBox
If you use buy.realtair.com as Sell Per Listing you can then go into the CRM Connect section under the menu with the three lines and see the properties that have been pushed across from AgentBox and create the auctions from there by clicking the Green Create Property button
If you use the Sell Subscription through the Campaign on Realtair you can either click the Green "Create Campaign" if it isn't existing already and you are starting from scratch or if it is an existing campaign you can click the Sell tab and click the Green Activate button and opt to click the Get Details from AgentBox button.
