Your Guide to Creating a Campaign
Ready to get started? Creating a campaign is the first step in organising all your presentations and documents for a property. This guide will walk you through the process, step by step.
- Log in to your dashboard and click the Create Campaign button.
- A form will appear where you can enter the campaign details.
Filling in the Details

Agents: Your name will appear here by default. If you're an Assistant Agent, simply select the Primary Agent you're creating the campaign for from the dropdown menu.

Address: This is a key step. Start typing the property address and select it from the dropdown list that appears.

Property Type: Choose the correct type from the dropdown menu (e.g., House, Apartment).

Status: Select the campaign's current status (e.g., Prospect, Appraisal).
A Note on Handling Addresses
When you enter an address, you have a few options depending on where you want to source your data from.
Choosing Your Data Source
- To pull vendor details from your CRM: Choose the option to Create a new campaign.
- To pull property data from providers (like CoreLogic or PriceFinder): Simply select the correct address from the dropdown list.
What if an Address is a Duplicate?
If the system finds that a campaign with that address already exists, you have two choices:
- Create a new campaign: If this is a completely new and separate campaign, tick the checkbox to proceed.
- Use an existing campaign: If you want to add documents to a campaign that's already in the system, click on Campaigns and select the existing one.
What if the Address Isn't Found?
If you're using a data provider and the exact address doesn't appear, don't worry. A new field will appear: Search for comparable address.
From here, you can:
- Try a different format: Type the address in a slightly different way (e.g.,
Unit 9/20 Smith Street
instead of9/20 Smith St
). - Add a comparable address: Enter a nearby address. This helps the system suggest relevant comparable properties for your presentations.
- Skip comparables: If you don't need comparables, start typing in the search box and select Still can’t find the correct address.
Once you've filled in all the details, your new campaign is created and ready to go
