How to create a Digital Introduction
A Digital Introduction is a powerful way to introduce yourself and your brand before an appraisal meeting. It confirms the scheduled time and outlines the agenda so your client knows what to expect.
How do I start creating a Digital Introduction?
You can create a Digital Introduction from your Campaign Dashboard.
- Open an existing campaign.
- Select the ‘Pitch’ tab.
- Click the red ‘Create’ button.
- Choose your Digital Introduction template.
Note: The sections in your template may vary based on what your administrator has created.
How do I fill out the form?
Complete the online form to build your Digital Introduction.
- Vendor Details: This will pre-fill if you have already created a market update.
- Meeting Agenda: Toggle on the agenda items you would like to display.
- Agent Statistics: Toggle on the stats you would like to display.
- Team: Select your team from the dropdown menu.
- Meeting Schedule: Select the date and time for the appraisal meeting.
Note: The client can add the meeting details to their personal calendar (Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo, or Apple) directly from this section.
How do I review and edit my Digital Introduction?
Use the presentation options to make changes after your introduction is generated. It is best to include an image for this section.
- Preview: Toggle between desktop and mobile views on the left-hand side.
- Edit Online Form: Click to return to the form and make quick adjustments.
- Advanced Edit: Click to customise your welcome text or hide sections using the eye icon.
- Regenerate: Click to apply any changes to the live presentation.
Note: Realtair links are live. Your client will automatically see any updates without you needing to resend the link.
How do I send my Digital Introduction?
You have three ways to send your presentation.
- Copy Link: Paste it into your own email.
- Send via SMS: Use an SMS template within Realtair.
- Download as PDF: This option is available but not commonly used.
How can I track my Digital Introduction?
You will be notified each time the presentation is opened.
You can also view the presentation insights to see how many times it has been viewed, on what device, and on what date.
