How to use Pitch to create a Market Update

How do I create a Market Update?
You can create a Market Update from the Campaign Dashboard.
- Click ‘Create’ to start a new campaign.
- Select the property address and type.
- Choose ‘Prospect’ or ‘Appraisal’ status for automation.
- Select the ‘Pitch’ tab in the campaign folder.
- Click the red ‘Create’ button.
- Choose your Market Update template.
Note: Your office’s Market Update template may look different from the example, but the functionality is the same.
How do I fill out the Market Update form?
Complete the online form to build your Market Update.
- Vendor Details: Add vendor information manually or from your CRM.
- Property & Presentation Details: Check property data and select a hero image.
- Team: Select your team from the dropdown menu.
- Surrounding Sales: Click ‘Add’ to include recent sales.
- Current Listings: Add current listings if your template includes them.
What happens after I create the Market Update?
Your presentation will be generated with interactive features.
The ‘Book an Appraisal’ button sends an SMS to the lead agent when a client clicks it. You are also notified every time your client opens the presentation.
How do I review and edit my Market Update?
Use the presentation options to make changes. It is best to include an image for this section.
- Preview: Toggle between desktop and mobile views.
- Edit Form: Return to the form to adjust details.
- Advanced Edit: Customise text or hide sections with the eye icon.
- Regenerate: Refresh the presentation with new information.
