How to use Pitch to create a Proposal

Creating a professional and engaging proposal is simple with Pitch. It allows you to pull together market data, marketing plans, and agent information into a seamless presentation for your clients.

This guide will walk you through how to create, edit, and send your proposal.

How do I start creating a proposal?

You can create a proposal from the Campaign Dashboard.

  1. Open an existing campaign.
  2. Select the ‘Pitch’ tab.
  3. Click the red ‘Create’ button.
  4. Choose your proposal template.

Note: The proposal template for your office may look different from the examples, but the functionality is the same.

How do I fill out the proposal form?

Complete the online form section by section to build your proposal.

  • Vendor Details: This data will pre-fill if you are connected to your CRM.
  • Prepared For: Upload your own image or select one from the library.
  • About Realtair: Choose an image, or the default image will be used.
  • Agent Statistics: Toggle your statistics on or off. You can also include a team in your presentation.
  • Surrounding Sales: Select comparable properties from the automatically generated list. For more details, read our guide on Filters and Comparable Properties.
  • On the Market: Add current listings from the generated list.
  • Case Study: Create a new case study or add one from your library. For more details, watch our video on Case Studies.
  • Method of Sale: Choose Auction, Private Treaty, or Expression of Interest from the dropdown.
  • Marketing Investment: Add a preset quote or build a new one using the Quote Builder. Learn more about Creating Presets or Adding Products.
  • Marketing Calendar: Add a preset calendar for your campaign. Learn how to Build Your Own Marketing Calendar.
  • Pricing: Enter the price range and your commission structure.

Note: We recommend adding a 10% range for pricing. This will carry over into your Agency Agreement commission.

What happens after I finish the form?

Your proposal will be generated, and you will be notified when the lead agent opens it.

How can I review and edit my proposal?

Use the review tools on the right-hand side to make changes after your proposal is generated. It is best to include an image for this section.

  • Preview: Click ‘Full Screen’ to see the client's view on desktop or mobile.
  • Edit Form: Click to return to the form and change your inputs.
  • Advanced Edit: Click to edit text directly or hide sections using the eye icon. Always save your changes.
  • Regenerate: Click to apply any updates made to your profile or market data.

Note: Pitch presentations are live links. Your client will automatically see any changes you save, so you do not need to resend the proposal.

How do I send my proposal?

You can send your proposal via a link, SMS, or as a PDF.

  1. Copy Link: Paste the link into your own email.
  2. Send via SMS: Use a template and send it directly from Realtair.
  3. Download as PDF: Save a static, digital-first version of the proposal.

How can I track my proposal?

The presentation report shows you who has viewed your proposal.

Click on the report to see when the proposal was sent, how many times it has been viewed, and on what device.
