Connecting your CRM to Realtair
Connecting your CRM (like AgentBox, Rex, or VaultRE) to Realtair saves you time by automatically creating and updating your property listings. This guide explains how the integration works and provides answers to common questions.
Getting Started
What Information Syncs from Your CRM?
The connection is a one-way sync from your CRM to Realtair. This means changes in your CRM will update Realtair, but changes in Realtair will not be sent back to your CRM.
The following details are pulled from your CRM:
- Property Address (can be undisclosed)
- Bedrooms, bathrooms, and garage numbers
- Property type
- Listing agent and conjunction agents
- Property images, headline, and description
- Auction date, time, and venue
- Price guide and offer deadlines (for Private Treaty)
- Statement of Information and other documents (if available)
- Sold status and selling price
How to Connect Your CRM
-
For supported CRMs (AgentBox, Rex, VaultRE): Contact our support team at support@realtair.com and request to connect your office's CRM.
-
If your CRM is not yet supported: Email support@realtair.com with your CRM provider's name and your Agency ID. We will work with your provider to establish a connection.
How It Works: Creating and Linking Listings
Automatic Listing Creation (For AgentBox, Rex, VaultRE)
For subscribers using these CRMs, you can automatically create a listing in Realtair directly from your CRM.
- In your CRM, find the property listing.
- Go to the portal feeds section and tick the checkbox for Realtair (you may also see one for "Auction Now" - we recommend ticking both).
- The property will be automatically created in your Realtair account.
Linking a Manually Created Listing
If you created a property in Realtair first, you can link it to your CRM to pull in the details.
- Open the property in Realtair and go to the Sell tab.
- Click the Get details from CRM button.
- Search for the property address and select it to link the listings.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
Why isn't the 'Get Details' button working?
If you've clicked the button and no listing appears, check these common causes:
- The address doesn't match 100%. The address in Realtair and your CRM must be identical, including spelling (
St
vs.Street
), spacing, and commas. - You haven't waited long enough. It can take up to an hour for a new or updated CRM listing to be available for syncing. If you created the listing at 1:00 pm, you may need to wait until 2:00 pm to link it.
- There is already a duplicate campaign. If a campaign with a slightly different address spelling already exists, the system may have created a new, separate campaign instead of linking to your existing one.
- The office setup is incorrect. Contact our support team to confirm your office's Agency ID is correctly configured for the integration.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How does Realtair decide to create a listing as an Auction or Private Treaty? If the listing in your CRM has both an auction date and time, it will be created as an Auction in Realtair. If the auction date is missing, it will be created as a Private Treaty.
I ticked the box in my CRM. How long does it take for the listing to appear in Realtair? It typically takes about one hour for the listing to be automatically created, provided the listing is "Current" (not "Sold" or "Off Market") and the listing agent's email in the CRM matches their email in Realtair.
What happens if another agent in my office creates a listing for the same address? The system links listings based on the property address. It will sync with the first campaign created for that address and will not create a duplicate. The listing agent's name will not automatically update if another agent takes over the listing in the CRM.
If I create an auction in my CRM without a date, will the 'Make an offer' button appear on REA? Yes. Because there is no auction date, the listing will be created as a Private Treaty in Realtair. If your accounts are linked, the 'Make an offer' button will appear on the realestate.com.au listing. To avoid this, wait until you have a confirmed auction date before ticking the Realtair portal feed in your CRM.
