Customise your Sign email notifications

Take control of your inbox and focus on what matters most. 

Realtair allows you to customise the email notifications you receive from the Sign platform, helping you reduce clutter while ensuring you never miss a critical update.

By default, all notification options are enabled.

Understanding your notification options

These settings are located within your Sign Agent profile and give you granular control over two key notification types.

1. Enable CC in Sign emails

  • What it does: By default, you are CC'd on every email sent to every signer through Sign. For example, if a contract is sent to three recipients, you will receive three separate emails copying you in.
  • The benefit of disabling: By unticking this box, you will no longer receive these CC'd copies. This significantly declutters your inbox, while still allowing you to track progress via "delivered" or "not delivered" status emails.

2. Enable Message Delivered emails

  • What it does: By default, you receive an email confirmation every time a document is successfully delivered to a recipient's inbox.
  • The benefit of disabling: By unticking this box, you will operate on a "no news is good news" basis. You will only be notified if an email fails to deliver, ensuring your attention is only drawn to potential issues that need action.

How to update your notification settings

  1. Navigate to your Sign Agent Settings.
  2. Click on your name, open User Settings, and ensure you are on the default Update Sales Agent tab.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the notification settings.
  4. Tick or untick the checkboxes for Enable CC in Sign emails and Enable Message Delivered emails to match your preferences.
  5. Click the UPDATE SALES AGENT button at the bottom of the page to save your new settings.
