Streamline multiple offers by duplicating contracts (QLD, Vic, WA and SA) 

Managing a high-demand property with multiple offers can be time-consuming. To make this process faster and more efficient, Realtair's Sign platform includes a powerful "Duplicate Contract" feature for our customers in Queensland, Victoria, Western Australia, and South Australia.

 

This feature saves you significant time by creating copies of a "master" contract. All the non-buyer-specific information is carried over, allowing you to leverage the preparation work you've already done and get offers out to multiple parties in minutes.

How to Duplicate a Contract

  1. Navigate to your campaign and select the Sign tab.
  2. Locate the contract you wish to use as your master template.
  3. Click the three-dot menu icon on the right-hand side of the contract row.
  4. Select Duplicate from the dropdown menu.

What Happens Next?

A new, duplicated contract will appear. Simply fill in the buyer-specific information (such as buyer details and price), and click Submit. You can now review the new contract and send it to the prospective buyer for signing.

What Data is Copied? (State-by-State Breakdown)

The information that is automatically copied from the master contract varies slightly by state to ensure compliance.

Queensland (QLD)
