Manage your office settings for Sign
As an Office Admin, you can manage the core settings for your office's Realtair Sign profile. This ensures that all legal documents, like agency agreements and contracts, are generated with the correct details. This guide will walk you through how to update your office details, agent information, and email templates.
Please note: This function is only available to users with Office Admin permissions.
How to Access Your Sign Settings
- From your dashboard, click the menu icon (three dots) next to the notification bell.
- Select Tools.
- You will see a Sign section. From here, you can choose to manage your Office, Agents, or Templates.
Updating Your Office Details
This is where you manage your agency's information, such as ABN, license details, standard fees, and preferred solicitors.
- From the Tools menu, click on Office under the Sign heading.
- Review and update the fields as required. This is the place to add your:
- Office ABN and license numbers
- License expiry dates
- Standard fees or marketing expenses that should appear on agreements
- Preferred solicitor or conveyancer details
- Once you have finished, scroll to the bottom and click Update Details to save.
Updating Agent Details
This section allows you to update the specific details for each agent as they appear on legal documents.
- From the Tools menu, click on Agents under the Sign heading.
- Select the agent you wish to edit from the list.
- Review and update their details, such as their license number or contractor information.
- Click Update Details to save your changes.
Important: This section is for managing the information that appears on documents. To add or remove users and licenses from your office account, please contact our support team at support@realtair.com.
Managing Email Templates
This section allows you to customise the content of the emails that are sent out with documents for signing.
- From the Tools menu, click on Templates under the Sign heading.
- Select the template you wish to edit.
- Make your changes to the email subject or body content.
- Click Update Details to save.
