Realtair Platform Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Welcome to the Realtair Platform, your central hub for managing the entire property lifecycle, from prospecting to settlement. The platform is designed to be faster and easier to use, bringing all your tools into one place.
Realtair has three user roles, each with specific access levels to ensure the right people can perform the right actions.
- Admins: Typically Office Admins, they have the highest level of access. They can view all campaigns within their office, update agent profiles and settings, and manage office-wide templates.
- Primary Agents: The lead listing agent for a property. They can view and manage their own campaigns and presentations and update their personal profile details.
- Assistant Agents: Linked directly to a Primary Agent (e.g., a sales associate or EA). They can create and manage presentations and documents on behalf of the Primary Agent they are assigned to.
Do I need a subscription to use the platform?
Yes. To use the Realtair Platform, you need to be an active subscriber to Pitch, Sign, or Sell.
Can I still use Pitch and Sign separately?
Yes. You can continue to access and use the individual Pitch and Sign applications just as you do now. The platform simply provides a new, unified way to work.
Understanding Campaign Statuses
The status of your campaign automatically updates as you complete key actions in Pitch, Sign, and Sell. This helps you track a property's journey without manual effort.
Here’s a guide to what each status means and what triggers it:
Status | Triggered By |
---|---|
Prospects | Campaign is created or a price update is generated in Pitch. |
Appraisals | A proposal is created in Pitch or an agency agreement is created in Sign. |
Listing | The agency agreement is signed in Sign or a contract is generated in Sign. |
Live listing | The property is activated in Sell. |
Under offer | The contract is signed in either Sell or Sign. |
Exchanged | The contract is marked as "Exchanged" in Sign. |
Settled | The contract is marked as "Sold". |
My campaign is at the wrong status. Can I change it?
Yes. If you need to manually override the status, simply click on the campaign and select the correct status from the dropdown menu.
Understanding the Reporting Panel
We know that reviewing your pipeline at a glance is essential. The reporting panel on your dashboard gives you a high-level overview of performance over different time periods.
- As an agent, you will see your personal performance statistics.
- As an Office Admin, you will see a similar view but with the ability to filter the data to see numbers for the entire office or for specific agents you work with.
What Each Metric Means:
- Price update: The number of price update presentations generated.
- Proposal: The number of proposal presentations generated.
- Price Updates Converted: The number of campaigns that have had both a price update and a proposal generated.
- New Listings: The total number of campaigns that have reached the "Listing" or "Live listing" status.
- Sold Listings: The total number of campaigns that have reached the "Under offer," "Exchanged," or "Settled" status.
Understanding the Timeframes:
- Month: The current calendar month, to date.
- Quarter: The current financial quarter, to date (Q1: Jan-Mar, Q2: Apr-Jun, Q3: Jul-Sep, Q4: Oct-Dec).
- Year: The current calendar year, to date.
Managing Campaigns
How do I handle duplicate campaigns?
Currently, it’s not possible to merge campaigns, but this feature is coming soon. In the meantime, when you view a duplicate campaign, you will see direct links to any Pitch presentations or Sign documents with a matching address, making it easier to navigate between them.
How can I avoid creating duplicates?
To avoid duplicates, always create new documents (like a Pitch presentation or a Sign agreement) from within the existing campaign page. When you do this, the system will flag any potential duplicates it finds, helping you keep your data clean.
Can I filter campaigns by viewer activity?
Not currently. The ability to filter campaigns based on actions like "presentation viewed" has been a popular request, and our team is actively working on adding this functionality in a future update.
