How to create and send a Form 10
This guide explains how to generate a Form 10, sign it, and provide the completed document to your Property Manager.
Step 1: Create the Form 10
- Navigate to your Dashboard and select the relevant campaign.
- Within the campaign, go to the Sign tab.
- Click Create.
- From the document dropdown menu, select Form 10.
Step 2: Complete and Generate the Form
- The digital Form 10 will open. Fill in all the required details.
- Once all information has been entered correctly, click Finish to generate the document.
Step 3: Sign and Distribute the Form
- After the document is generated, you (the agent) must apply your signature within the Realtair platform.
- Once the document is signed, click the Download button to save the completed form as a PDF to your device.
- Attach the downloaded PDF to a new email and send it to your Property Manager.
