Your Guide to the Realtair Dashboard

Welcome to your Realtair dashboard! Think of this as your command centre for every property journey. It gives you a clear, at-a-glance overview of all your active campaigns.

Campaigns are like organised folders for each property, neatly consolidating your Pitch presentations and Sign documents.

Let's take a quick tour of the key features.

Navigating Your Dashboard

We've designed the dashboard to make finding what you need simple and fast.

  • Search Bar: Instantly find any campaign by typing in the property address.
  • Quick Links: Jump directly into creating a presentation with Pitch or sending a document with Sign.
  • App Switcher: If you're an admin, you can access other products in the Realtair suite from here. It’s also your gateway to our knowledge base, packed with FAQs, videos, and support guides.
  • Product Updates: You'll see an alert here whenever we add a new feature to the Realtair platform.
  • Profile: Easily check which Realtair account you're using or log out of the system.

Filter Your Campaigns by Status

Want to see all your active listings or appraisals at once? Use the filter to view campaigns by their current status.

The best part? The status updates automatically as you complete actions in Pitch or Sign. You’ll always have a real-time view of where every campaign is at.

Here’s a breakdown of the actions that trigger a status change:

New Status Triggered By...
Prospects A new campaign is created.
Appraisals A proposal or digital introduction is created in Pitch, or an Agency Agreement is created in Sign.
Listing An Agency Agreement is signed or a contract is generated in Sign.
Live Listing A property is activated in Sell.
Under Offer A contract is signed in Sell or Sign.
Exchanged A contract is marked as 'exchanged' in Sign.
Settled A contract is marked as 'sold'.
Coming Soon This status can be manually selected for upcoming listings.

Understanding Campaign Cards

Each campaign has its own 'card' on the dashboard that gives you a quick summary of the most important details:

  • Property address
  • Primary agent's name
  • The most recent activity (e.g., "Proposal sent")
  • Current campaign status (e.g., "Live Listing")

Your At-a-Glance Analytics

The dashboard also gives you a snapshot of your performance over a time period you can set. This helps you track your efforts and celebrate your wins.

  • Proposal: See the total number of proposals you've generated.
  • Market Update: Track how many Market Update presentations you've created.
  • Market Update Converted: This shows the number of campaigns that have received both a Market Update and a proposal, helping you measure how effective your updates are at securing the listing.
  • New Listings: See the total number of campaigns that have successfully become a "Listing" or "Live Listing".
  • Sold Listings: Get a count of all your campaigns that are "Under Offer," "Exchanged," or "Settled."
