Setting Up a Task in Realtair

We are currently piloting our task management feature with a limited group of customers - if you would like to try it out reach out to us at product_updates@realtair.com.

If you are a Primary Agent you can use the task builder to create a template of tasks that will be available to you for each campaign you create.

Simply navigate to tasks > task builder in the top navigation bar of the campaign dashboard.

Choose the phase of the campaign the task belongs to ie “listing”, “live listing” etc.

Click “create task” and enter key details ie title, description, priority and checklist if needed.

This task will then be visible in the tasks tab of any campaign. Note tasks will not become visible until the campaign moves to the relevant status, for the example above you would not see this task until the campaign phase was “Listing”.
