Viewing and filtering my to-do list

 

 

You can find your own customised to do list by clicking the tasks tab in the top navigation menu.

 

 

On this page you will see all the tasks that are present for every campaign you have access to view.

 

 

You can use the filter on the left to see all tasks for a particular time period ie today, tomorrow, next week.

 

 

You can also filter by a specific campaign by searching for the address.

 

 

Or find a specific campaign using the filter based on the phase of the campaign ie prospect, live listing etc.

 

 

 

To further edit or sort your view of the to do list you can use the drop downs here.

 

 

  • Who - this allows you to view all tasks assigned to a particular person
  • Priority - review all tasks with a specific priority ie see all high priority tasks you need to complete today
  • When - sort all tasks in order of due date
  • Phase - filter tasks by phase ie to view all price update tasks filter by "prospect" phase

 

To see additional descriptions or checklists for a particular task you can expand it in this view.
