How do I add a video to my agent profile?

You can add a video from YouTube or Vimeo by pasting the video code into your profile.

To add your video:

  1. Click your name on the top right of the screen.
  2. Select ‘Manage Profile’.
  3. Scroll to the ‘Agent Video’ section.
  4. Paste your video code into the field.
  5. Click ‘Update Agent Profile’ to save your changes.

Note: To get your YouTube video code, click the ‘Share’ button on your video. Copy the unique code from the end of the share link (for example, the 'ABC123XYZ' part of https://youtu.be/ABC123XYZ). Do not paste the full URL.
