How to check if my CRM is set up correctly?

Unsure if your CRM setup is spot on? This article offers a handy guide to verify its configuration.

1. Go to Pitch or Sign and click on Create

2. Select the primary agent the property record belongs to in in your CRM

3. In the "Search address" section, enter an address that is available in the CRM

If the address appears under “Create a New Campaign”, it is connected to your CRM and the integration is working.

Please note: From now on all agents and admins when creating need to select the address under Create New campaign to pull the details from your CRM.
