As agents you can choose to disable certain sign email notifications sent to you by Realtair.
Before you start:-
This is a checkbox within the Sign Agent Settings of all Primary Agents.
-
There are 2 ways in which we can help manage the Sign notifications:
-
Enable CC in Sign+ emails - Control if agents are automatically cc’d in the Sign+ email notifications
-
Enable Message Delivered emails - whether you want to be notified when a sign email sent to signers are delivered. If you disable this - it means you will only be notified when the email is not delivered.
-
-
The default for both checkbox are YES.
Step by Step
- Go to your sign agent setting - https://sign.realtair.com/sales-agent/search
-
Click your name, open the User Settings, and go to Update Sales Agent (default tab).
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page, you’ll find the options to Enable CC in Sign+ emails and Enable Message Delivered emails.
- Enable CC in Sign+ emails - This refers to the email notifications agents can opt to send after completing an AA, Form 6, Contract, etc. By default, Agents are automatically cc’d in each email they send through using Sign+. It means if they have 3 recipients in a template, they would be cc’d in 3 emails.
ℹ️ Ticking No in this checkbox means that Agents won’t be copied in each and all the Sign+ email they send out. Instead, they will receive a Message Delivered (depending on their setting for this) and Message not Delivered email.
- Enable Message Delivered emails - This refers to the email notification agents receive right after triggering a signature request or other email functions (e.g. CC feature, Sign+, etc.). This notifies them if their request was successfully sent or if there are issues in sending the email to the recipient/s.
ℹ️ Ticking No in this checkbox means that the agents won’t receive a Message Delivered email notification. They would only receive the Message not Delivered emails, which is sent in case there are issues sending the email.
4. Remember to click UPDATE SALES AGENT to save your changes
