This feature allows users to choose a version of the document before download or print.
There are instances where the agent wishes to send the document bundle to solicitors or specific users without divulging the signers' email addresses and IP address.
COC or Certificate of Completion contains a summary of the document and the signatures added to the document. This is automatically bundled in all documents, upon completion of signing or exchange process (in contracts).
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Log in to Realtair. Open the document - it must be a Signed/Exchanged document for the selection to display.
This will be available for all template types, and all signed or exchanged documents.
2. Click on either Print or Download. A pop up will be displayed to prompt the user to select a version.
The version viewed in Sign would still contain the COC. These options only affect the version to be downloaded or printed.
3. If “Without Certificate of Completion” has been selected, a version of the document without the COC would be provided.

This feature will be available for all user roles, all template types and all documents that are signed or exchanged status.

The version you see in Sign will always include the COC.

This feature is not supported for the “Get Link” functionality found in Contracts and Sign Anything

The version of the bundle sent through automated emails and Realtair Sign emails will include CoC - unless it is turned off at the office level. This can only be turned off by contacting Realtair Support at support@realtair.com
