This knowledge base article provides a comprehensive guide on duplicating contracts in New South Wales (NSW), Australia.
The ability to duplicate a contract supports our NSW customers in efficiently managing multiple offers, by duplicating the master contract and copying over data that are not specific to a buyer.
This is a time-saving feature that allows you to leverage the preparation work you've already done.
This is exclusive to users using the Sign Within Realtair Platform.
If you already have a master contract within the campaign, and receive an updated contract from the vendor solicitor, you need to archive the master contract. THEN you can upload the new contract again.
Step by Step
-
Go to your campaign, and select the Sign tab
-
Upload the contract (PDF format) from the vendor solicitor.
-
Once you create the first contract, you will see it being tagged as the “Master”
-
You can then click the pencil icon and “Duplicate” the contract when you are managing multiple buyers
The below details will copy from your Master Contract |
Below details WILL NOT copy from your Master Contract ( We copy the placement of the text box but not the actual text / $ etc) |

What happens if you archive a master contract?
When you archive a master contract - the contract will no longer be tagged as a master. If the user then creates a new contract - that newly created contract will be tagged as master.
