      How to Successfully Update the Presentation Link

      Admins can rename the template inside the template editor or from the update template form.

      This is available for generic templates only.

      1. Select the name of the existing template, which will trigger a pop-up for updating the template name.

      2. A window will appear for updating the template details.

      3. Once the template name has been updated, agents will see a notification when they access existing presentations, indicating that a recent change has been made to the template. This prompt will encourage them to regenerate the presentation to incorporate the latest updates.

      4. Once the presentation has been regenerated, the link will automatically reflect the new template name. This update will be evident in both the 'Get link' pop-up and the 'Send via SMS' form, enabling agents to easily share the revised URL with the vendor.
