E-Sales Integration Overview

To setup Realtair - E-Sales CRM integration for Pitch/Sign

A. Get credentials

  1. Request the following from allen.hirmiz@cservices.com.au

    1. Office ID

  2. User can get their Active External ID by doing the following:

    1. Option 1: get the User name (for Realtair-eSales Pitch Sign integration)

      1. login to eSales, Click on the user card

      2. click on My profile

      3. check the Username

         

B. Setup Office settings

 

  1. Got to Accounts > Office settings > Update office tab

  1. Go to Accounts

  2. Select Users and Groups

  3. Select Offices

  4. In Search Offices enter keywords

  5. Select office Name

  6. Select Settings

  7. View the fields in the Update office tab

 

2. Set the following fields

  

  1. Click on the update office settings button

C. Setup user settings

 

  1. Go to Accounts > User settings > Update user settings tab

  1. Go to Accounts

  2. Select Users and Groups

  3. Select Users

  4. In Search Users enter some keywords

  5. Select the Name of the user

  6. In the user details page selelect Settings

  7. View the fields in the Update User Settings tab
