How to Link an Assistant Agent to a Primary Agent
In Realtair, you can link an Assistant Agent to a Primary Agent, allowing them to help manage the primary agent's account. This is a great way to streamline workflows for your team.
An Assistant Agent can manage all aspects of a primary agent's account, but they can't create their own Pitch presentations, sign documents, or manage listings on their own behalf.
This process has two parts:
- First, you'll need to make sure the user has the 'Assistant Agent' role assigned to them.
- Then, you can link them to a primary agent.
Here’s how to do it.
Part 1: Set Up the Assistant Agent Role
Before you can link an assistant, you need to grant them the correct permissions.
- From your dashboard, go to the main menu (the three dots) and select Settings.
- Click on Users in the left-hand menu.
- Find and select the agent you want to set up as an assistant.
- Go to their Settings tab.
- In the Roles box, select Assistant Agent from the list.
- Scroll down and click Update User Settings to save.
Now that the user has the correct role, you can link them to a primary agent.
Part 2: Link the Assistant to a Primary Agent
- Head back to the Users list by going to Settings > Users.
- This time, select the Primary Agent you want to assign the assistant to.
- Go to their Settings tab.
- Click on the Assistant Agent tab on the right.
- From the dropdown menu, choose the correct assistant agent.
- Click the Add Assistant Agent button to finalise the connection.
That's it! The two accounts are now linked.

First, confirm that the Assistant Agent has the appropriate access rights. To do this, click on the menu and then navigate to the settings.
Then, choose the option labeled "Users" from the menu.
Choose the specific agent whose access rights you want to verify.
Select the "Settings" option from the menu.
To grant Assistant Agent access, click on the roles box and choose the option for Assistant Agent from the list.
After making the selection, scroll down and click on the "Update User Settings" button to save your changes.
To connect an assistant agent with a primary agent, start by clicking on the menu located on the dashboard, then select the "Settings" option.
Next, choose the "Users" option from the menu.
Select the name of the primary agent to whom you wish to assign the assistant agent.
Select the "Settings" option from the menu.
Select the "Assistant Agent" tab located on the right side, then choose the appropriate assistant agent from the dropdown menu in the primary assistant agent section.
Once you have chosen the appropriate assistant agent, click on the "Add Assistant Agent" button to finalise the connection.
