Manage agent profiles (Profile Details)

As an Office Admin, you have the ability to update your agents' profiles. This guide will walk you through the two key areas you can manage: their core account details (like email and phone number) and their public-facing Pitch profile (which includes their photo, bio, and testimonials).

 

Please note: These functions are only available to users with Office Admin permissions.


Part 1: Updating an Agent's Core Account Details (Email and Phone)

Use these steps to change the primary contact information associated with an agent's Realtair user account.

  1. From your dashboard, click the menu icon (three dots) next to the notification bell and select Settings.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click on Users.
  3. Find the agent you wish to update and click on their name.
  4. Select the Settings tab.
  5. Make the necessary changes to their phone number or email address.
  6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Update User Settings to save.

Part 2: Updating an Agent's Pitch Profile

Use these steps to update the marketing information that appears in an agent's Pitch presentations.

  1. From your dashboard, click the menu icon (three dots) and select Tools.
  2. Under the Pitch section, select Agents.
  3. You will see a list of all agents in your office. Click on the name of the agent you want to edit.
  4. On the right side of the screen, click the Settings button. This will take you to their profile page.
  5. Update the agent's profile with the new details.

Key Profile Fields:

  • Photo: Recommended size is 500x500 pixels.
  • Biography: The standard limit is 1200 characters. To write a longer bio, set the Disable Validation toggle to YES.
  • Testimonials: You can add multiple testimonials.
  • Agent Video: Paste the unique ID from a YouTube or Vimeo link. For example, for https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQw4w9WgXcQ, you would only paste dQw4w9WgXcQ.
  • Agent Statistics: Add relevant sales data to build credibility.
  1. Once you have finished, scroll to the bottom and click Update Agent Profile to save your changes.

Important: Regenerate Existing Presentations

Changes made to an agent's Pitch profile are not automatically applied to presentations that have already been created.

To update an existing presentation with the new information, you must open it, click Edit, and then click the Regenerate button. Any new presentations created after you save the profile will automatically include the updated details.
