Managing your Property Details page

At the top of the page, you have access to these key actions:

Edit Details: Click this to update core information like the price guide, headline, description, or property images.
Share Property: Click here to get a shareable link and a QR code for your marketing materials (e.g., signboards, brochures, emails).
View Checklist: Use this to see what essential steps (like setting a reserve) are needed before your listing is fully ready to go live.

This checklist controls how your property appears to the public and how buyers can interact with it.

Display Property on Realtair: (Recommended) Makes your listing visible and searchable on buy.realtair.com.
Display Documents in Public: Allows buyers to view supporting documents (like building reports) that you upload.
Display Price Guide: (Private Treaty Only) Shows the price guide on the public listing.
Display End Date and Time: (Private Treaty Only) Sets a public deadline for offers, creating urgency.

Allow Buyers to register themselves: (Recommended for Auctions) Enables the "Register" button, allowing buyers to sign up for your auction online.
Buyers not required to Register: (Auctions Only) Skips formal online registration. Use this if you are managing registrations manually and assigning bidder numbers on-site.
Allow Buyers to bid online / by phone: Gives registered bidders the option to participate remotely. If unchecked, registrations default to "in-person."
Allow offers to be made prior to auction: Enables the "Make an Offer" button on your auction listing, allowing you to receive pre-auction offers.

Video livestream auction: Activates a live video stream of your auction on the listing page.
Allow non-logged in users to watch...: Makes your livestream public. If unchecked, only registered bidders can watch.
Show bids / yield calculator / SQM rate on Visual presentation: Overlays this information on the screen display used at an in-room or on-site auction.

Use this section to upload and manage all legal and supporting documents for the sale.

Reserve Letter: Generate a letter for electronic signing or upload an existing one. This document is for internal use and is never visible to the public.
Contract of Sale: Upload the master contract of sale here. This document can be made visible to buyers if you enable "Display Documents in Public."
Supporting Documents: Upload any additional files you want to share with buyers, such as:
- Building & Pest Reports
- Strata Reports
- Floor Plans
Select the document type and click Upload Document. These will be visible on the public listing page.

The Property Details page is your central hub for managing an active listing in Sell. Use this page to edit details, configure what buyers see, manage key documents, and share your property.
