As an agent, you have the option to manually register potential bidders before an auction using the Realtair Platform. This is perfect for when you have any last-minute bidders wishing to participate in an auction.
Note:
It is important to note that manually registered bidders will only be able to bid in person, as they will not have access to online bidding.
To manually register a buyer:

Go to the campaign dashboard, search and select the campaign.

Go to the Sell Tab and click “Buyers” on the left hand side menu.

Click on the +Create button.

Follow the prompts on the page to fill in the required details, you can view these here. (KB** Link this back to Buyer - How to complete registrations)

Make sure to review the bidding options and required fields before proceeding.

Remember any manual registrations are automatically approved and the default bidding method is in-person and bidders won't be able to participate in an online auction.

Click submit to save
Agents also have the option to Registered Bidder outside of Realtair.
Below are the steps to follow in this process.
1. Navigate to the campaign dashboard, search for the specific campaign you are interested in, and then select it to proceed.
2. Go to Sell Tab and Click Activate
3. Proceed to the Property Information section and fill in all the necessary details under Vendor Information.
a. Select Online Auction
b. Select Onsite Auction
4. Click Activate
5. Navigate to the Buyers' tab and select the option for +Bidder.
6. Complete the necessary information on the buyer's registration page.
If you have registered a bidder outside of Realtair, you have the option to choose "Agent registered bidder outside of Realtair - Assign bidder #" This selection will streamline the process by skipping the need to enter the buyer's details manually.
7. Click Submit to Save.
