Prepare a Master Contract (NSW)
This guide will walk you through creating a Master Contract in your Realtair campaign.
- As a best practice, we recommend setting up your Master Contract as soon as you receive the draft from your solicitor. This ensures it is ready to be sent for signing as soon as an offer is agreed upon.

Step-by-Step Guide
- From your dashboard, click on the relevant campaign folder.
- Navigate to the Sign tab.
- Click the Create button and select Contract from the dropdown menu.
- You will be prompted to enter a name for the document. We recommend using the property address for clarity (e.g., "120 Overall Drive - Contract").
- Click Upload Contract of Sale and select the PDF file provided by your solicitor.
- A preview of the contract will appear on the right, with the document fields on the left.
- Fill in any known details. The vendor's name should automatically populate if you have a signed agency agreement in the campaign.
- Review the information to ensure it is correct, then click Save.
What Happens Next?
Once you return to the Sign tab, you will see the contract is now tagged as your Master Contract.
This master version is now ready and will be used to generate the final contract when an offer is agreed upon in the Sell tab.
If you need to create another version of the contract later (for example, if a deal falls through), you can easily do so by clicking the three dots on the Master Contract and selecting Duplicate.
