      Open For Inspection - AgentBox

      Integration between AgentBox & Realtair allows you to send SMS or broadcast an email to all registered Open For Inspection (OFI) attendees.

      Sending an SMS to all OFI attendees within Realtair. 

      Summary: 

      There is an open for inspection QR code from Agent Box (HomePass), if the agent utilises that and asks prospects to sign in via the QR code as they attend the open home. The person attending will receive 2 SMS - one from Agent Box and one from Realtair.

      Step by Step: 

      This is only available to customers using AgentBox as their CRM

      1. Activate your property in Realtair Sell
      2. In the Property Options section, select Send SMS to OFI Attendees

      3. Save your changes
      4. That's it, you can now check-in attendees to your inspections via AgentBox, just like you already do today.
      5. Once you have selected Send SMS to Open for Inspection Attendees for each property, all you need to do is use AgentBox to check in your attendees like you already do today. You can do this on their web or mobile apps with the same results.
      6. When you have checked in the attendee, the contact details will automatically push to Sell. Sell will then send them an sms inviting them to make an offer, register to bid or follow the property.

      Review list of Open for Inspection attendees in Sell

      Once you have finished your inspection, you can check the list of attendees in Sell. 

      1. Open the property campaign in Realtair and navigate to the Sell tab
      2. In the top banner, you will see a number and 'OFI attendees', click this to view a list of all attendees

      Review messages sent

      When a message has been sent from Sell to an Open for Inspection attendee, you will have visibility in Sell to see who has been messaged.

      1. Open the property campaign in Realtair and navigate to the Sell tab
      2. Click on Announcements in the left-hand navigation
      3. Here you can review all the SMS sent, alongside any messages you have broadcast

      You can also opt to email the OFI attendees:

      • Enable SMS Notifications -Ensure you’ve ticked the "Send SMS to Open for Inspection attendees" option in your settings.

      • Navigate to the Announcements tab.

      • Create an Announcement

        • Click Create.
        • Select OFI attendees as your recipient list.

      • Send Your Email
        Compose your message and send it directly to all OFI attendees!
