Private Offers vs. Regular Offers: Key Differences
In short, a Private Offer is created in a confidential mode, visible only to a select few until it is 'released' to the campaign. A Regular Offer is visible to all users with campaign access from the moment it's created.

- Use a Private Offer for discretion. It’s the perfect choice when you are preparing an offer that isn't finalised or handling a sensitive bid that shouldn't be visible to the entire team until it's ready.
- Use a Regular Offer for standard, transparent submissions. This is the default option for logging an offer on behalf of a buyer when you want the rest of the campaign team to have visibility from the start.
