How to create an agency agreement if the vendor is a company
If the vendors are more than 2 individuals
- We cater up to 5 signature boxes within the Agency Agreement

If there are more than 4 vendors, Vendor 5 signature will appear next to Vendor 4.
Step by Step
- Create the campaign, or click on the existing campaign
- Click Create to create a new Agency Agreement, or click on the pencil icon to edit an existing Agency Agreement
- Within the online form, Click Add vendor to add more than 1 vendor to your Agency Agreement
Eg: Vendor is a company with 1 signer (sole director) - Add the name, phone and email address for the respective vendors
- Proceed to complete the Agency Agreement like you normally would and click submit
Vendor 1 & 2's details will appear on page 1 of the Agency Agreement, and required to sign Page 7 of the Agency Agreement
Vendor 3, 4's details and signature appears on the Additional Vendor Annexure (rather than Page 1 & 7 where Vendor 1 & 2 details are showing)
Material Fact Checklist
This is added to the end of the Agency Agreement (before the REINSW Fair Trading Guide)
If vendors are individual, Vendor 1 - Vendor 4's details appears on page 1, and the signature on page 2.
Creating an Agency Agreement, and the vendor is a company
- We cater for scenarios where the vendor is a company and
- Sole director is required to sign; or
- 2 directors are required to sign
Step by Step
- Create the campaign, or click on the existing campaign
- Click Create to create a new Agency Agreement, or click on the pencil icon to edit an existing Agency Agreement
- Within the online form for Vendor 1, fill in the first name and last name of the director required to sign and click Yes to "Is the vendor a company"
- Enter the business name, ABN and ACN
- If only 1 director is required to sign, you can proceed to complete the Agency Agreement like you normally would and click submit
- If there are 2 directors that need to sign, click Add vendor to add more the details of the 2nd director
- Follow step 5 to enter the 2nd director's name and contact details under Vendor 2, and tick yes to click Yes to "Is the vendor a company".
Under the Business Name section, make sure it is the same business name as Vendor 1 , this includes spacing
E.g if you use "Company Pty Ltd" in Vendor 1 but use "Company Pty Limited" in vendor 2, the system will think its 2 different companies and add the Additional Vendor Annexure for Vendor 2.
So make sure you copy and paste the business name so it's exactly the same
Proceed to complete the Agency Agreement like you normally would and click submit
Once you click submit, the Agency Agreement shows
- Company details under the Principal section
- Directors are required to sign on page 7
- Directors will also be required to sign on page 2 of the Material Fact Checklist
