Creating Agency Agreements for Companies and Multiple Vendors (NSW)
This article summaries how to create an Agency Agreement if there are more than 2 individual vendors for a property, as well as if the principal of the property is a company
If the vendors are more than 2 individuals
- We cater up to 5 signature boxes within the Agency Agreement
-
If there are more than 4 vendors, Vendor 5 signature will appear next to Vendor 4.
Step by Step
- Create the campaign, or click on the existing campaign
- Click Create to create a new Agency Agreement, or click on the pencil icon to edit an existing Agency Agreement
- Within the online form, Click Add vendor to add more than 1 vendor to your Agency Agreement
Eg: Vendor is a company with 1 signer (sole director)
- Add the name, phone and email address for the respective vendors
- Proceed to complete the Agency Agreement like you normally would and click submit
Vendor 1 & 2's details will appear on page 1 of the Agency Agreement, and required to sign Page 7 of the Agency Agreement
Vendor 3, 4's details and signature appears on the Additional Vendor Annexure (rather than Page 1 & 7 where Vendor 1 & 2 details are showing)
Material Fact Checklist
This is added to the end of the Agency Agreement (before the REINSW Fair Trading Guide)
If vendors are individual, Vendor 1 - Vendor 4's details appears on page 1, and the signature on page 2.

- Enter the business name, ABN and ACN
- If only 1 director is required to sign, you can proceed to complete the Agency Agreement like you normally would and click submit
- If there are 2 directors that need to sign, click Add vendor to add more the details of the 2nd director

- Follow step 5 to enter the 2nd director's name and contact details under Vendor 2, and tick yes to click Yes to "Is the vendor a company".
Under the Business Name section, make sure it is the same business name as Vendor 1 , this includes spacing
E.g if you use "Company Pty Ltd" in Vendor 1 but use "Company Pty Limited" in vendor 2, the system will think its 2 different companies and add the Additional Vendor Annexure for Vendor 2.
So make sure you copy and paste the business name so it's exactly the same
