SA Offer question enhancements

We are excited to announce a new update to our offer process to provide a more enhanced buyer experience. The key features of this update include:

  • Offer questions tailored for each state
  • Collection of identity documents is now optional and can be toggled on for your office
  • Offer questions grouped into categories to deliver a more seamless buyer experience

The questions will continue to be displayed in Sell alongside your offers and no change is required from you.
