Template Editor: How to add a Comparable section
Comparable Data is a key feature in Pitch Templates. It allows you to add current listings, recent sales, and rental data directly into your presentation. This helps you showcase market insights in a professional and clear way.

How do I add a comparables section to my Pitch template?
To add comparables, you first need to edit a template and choose a layout for your data.
- Click 'Tools' from the top menu on your Dashboard.
- Select 'Templates' under the Pitch section.
- Choose the template you want to edit.
- Click the three dots and select 'Edit'.
- Search for 'Sales', 'Listings', or 'Rentals' in the editor's search bar.
- Click 'Preview' to see how a layout looks.
- Click 'Use This Section' to add it to your template.
How do I set the default search filters for comparables?
Set your team’s default search filters to quickly find relevant comparable properties.
- Use property details: Defaults the search to match the subject property's details like bedrooms and bathrooms.
- Radius: Sets how far from the property the search should extend.
- Minimum Price: Sets a minimum price for the search results.
- Date Range: Filters results from the last 0 to 6 months.
- Default Sort Order: Sorts results by Distance, Price, or Date.
Click 'Submit' to save your settings.
How do I preview and save my new section?
You can preview your comparables section before saving it to your template.
- Select three sample properties to generate a preview.
- Do the same for the second tab if you have one (e.g., Listings).
- Click 'Submit' to view the preview.

- Your new section will appear at the bottom of the list.
- Drag and drop the section to your desired position.
- Click 'Publish' to save your template changes.
