What happens when I follow a property?
Following a property keeps you updated on the auction details and the property you are interested in. Expect that you will receive email notifications before the auction starts and after the auction date for the results. You can Unfollow the property if you want to stop receiving updates.
I don't have an account, can I follow a property?
By clicking Follow on a property - you will be asked to create an account through the sign-up page.
What is Make an Offer?
Make an Offer functionality allows you to submit an offer and express your intent to buy the property prior to the auction date. If the agent enabled this function, the Make an Offer button will be available on the public property page. Once an offer has been submitted, the agent and the vendor will review the offer and they have the right to agree or defer it.
I don't have an account, can I Make an offer?
If you want to make an offer for a property but you don’t have an account yet, you can click on the Make an Offer button and a page will appear for you to sign up. After providing your information, you will be asked for an OTP to verify your mobile number before you can proceed. Once verified, you will now have a Buyer role and can continue making an offer.
Where can I view my offers to multiple properties?
This will be available to view on the Dashboard's My Offer list section displays all the properties where you have submitted an offer. The list displays the property’s address, offer price, status, date submitted, and actions.
How can I participate in an auction?
The Register to Bid button allows you to participate in the auction of the property. On the public page of the property that you are interested in, click Register to bid button and you will be directed to the registration form.
Once submitted, the listing agent will review your registration. The agent might return and mark your registration as incomplete if you failed to provide the required information. On the other hand, you will be notified via email if approved.
After you have been approved, you only need to wait for the commencement of the auction. Login to your account at go to the public property page on the scheduled date to place your bids online or go to the auction venue if you chose to bid in person.
How can I participate in an auction if I walked-In?
The agent will help you with your registration via Manual Registration, this often happens when the buyer is a walked-in participant or anyone who wants to participate in the auction but hasn’t registered through the online registration. The agent has the discretion to allow the buyers to fill out the registration form.
Can I have a representative?
Yes, In the bidding options, choose whether to bid Online or In Person. Note that if you choose to Bid in person, you or your authorized bidder needs to be present in the auction venue.
Choose who will be bidding. Select A Representative if you have an authorized bidder. If you choose I am bidding, you can bid on behalf of a company or a buyer by clicking on the checkmark. You will then be asked to provide the details based on your selection.
Will there be authorization needed for a representative bidder?
Yes, if you are authorizing another person to bid on your behalf, you need to enter their details and the system will require you to provide an Authority to bid letter.
What is my option to provide an Authority to Bid Letter?
You can select to generate a ready-made authority letter and then sign electronically or manually upload a signed authority to bid letter.
