Step-by-step: Setting Up Market Update Reminders

Market Update Reminders are a powerful tool to help you nurture your pipeline. When enabled, the system automatically creates a task, generates a market update with fresh comparables, and reminds you when it's time to send it.

This guide will show you how to set up and manage your Market Update reminders.

How do I set up my Market Update reminders?

You can enable and customise your reminders in the Task Builder.

To set up your reminders:

  1. Click ‘Tasks’ at the top of your dashboard.
  2. Go to the ‘Task Builder’ tab.
  3. Make sure the reminders are switched ON.
  4. Set the default frequency for how often reminders are sent.
  5. Choose the number of comparables you want the system to find.
  6. Click ‘Save’.


How do I manage my daily Market Update tasks?

When reminders are on, a task is automatically added to your To-Do list each day an update is due.

To send your daily updates:

  1. Go to your ‘To-Do’ list in the Tasks section.
  2. Find and click on the Market Update task for that day.
  3. Select ‘View’ to be taken to the auto-generated Pitch presentation.
  4. Review the comparables and make any adjustments.
  5. Send the update to your client.

What else can I do with a task?

From your To-Do list, you can also manage the task itself.

  • Reassign the task to another agent in your office.
  • Adjust the priority to highlight what’s most urgent.
  • Change the due date to better fit your workflow.
