Price Update reminders are a great way to make sure you stay in touch with the leads in your database. Realtair can remind you when to send a new Price Update to a vendor and also auto generate the Price Update for you so all you need to do is review and send!
Task builder
We have a number of settings for Price Update reminders that you can customise as required via our task builder.
To navigate to the task builder go to tasks > task builder in the top nav on your homepage.

- Turn reminders off/on - when this is on we will send email reminders with a list of price updates and also add a task to your to do list
- Update the frequency - ie choose how often we wait to remind you to send a price update
- Update the number of comparables we include in a pre-generated price update by default
Comparable settings
To get the best results from your auto-generated price update reminders you may want to refine your comparable settings - you can do this as an admin by selecting the app switcher and tools.
Choose templates.
Find your price update template and click the ":" and then edit.
Choose the section where comparables are setup.
Scroll down and click submit, then define your comparable settings and click submit again.
Then publish your template.
