Get quick answers to common questions about maximising your efficiency with the Realtair Sign platform.
1. How do I download a specific part of an agreement?
Need to share just the commission schedule or a specific annexure like a pool safety certificate? Realtair makes it easy to download individual sections of any document without having to save the entire file.
- Open the relevant document (e.g., Agency Agreement, Form 6, Authority).
- In the top-right corner, click the dropdown arrow located next to the "Edit" icon.
- Select the specific section you wish to view and download from the list.
- On the new page that appears, click the download icon on the right-hand side panel to save that section as a PDF.
Please Note: The sections available in the dropdown menu will vary depending on the official forms required in your state. The example shown uses a QLD Form 6.
2. How do our vendors or purchasers use the autofill feature?
You don't need to do anything to activate it! The autofill feature is already enabled by default for users in NSW and QLD, creating a faster, more user-friendly experience for your clients.
To learn how to leverage this feature and send agreements to clients to complete their own details, please see our dedicated guides:
- NSW: Sending your Sign agreement to be filled in by the vendor
- QLD: Sending your Form 6 to be filled in by the vendor
3. What is a "master contract"?
A master contract is your primary, foundational contract that you use as a template for our powerful "Duplicate Contract" feature.
This time-saving tool, available in QLD, VIC, WA, and SA, is designed to simplify the management of multiple offers. It allows you to create a perfect master contract and then instantly duplicate it, copying over all non-buyer-specific data. This means you can prepare and send unique contracts to several interested buyers in a fraction of the time.
4. Who automatically receives a copy of the exchanged contract?
To ensure the entire deal team is informed the moment a contract is finalised, a copy of the exchanged contract is automatically emailed to the following roles:
- Primary Agent
- Secondary Agent(s)
- Primary Assistant Agent
- Secondary Assistant Agent
