This guide outlines how administrators can build a library of pre-written special conditions for agents to use when preparing contracts and forms in Realtair.
Before You Begin
- Permissions: You must have administrator access to manage the special conditions library.
- State Availability: This feature is state-specific and available for:
- Victoria (VIC): Applies to the Contract Form workflow.
- Queensland (REIQ): Applies to standard REIQ forms (e.g., Form 6).
- South Australia (REISA): Applies to standard REISA forms.
Step 1: Access the Special Conditions Settings
- Navigate to your office settings: Dashboard > App Switcher > Tools > Offices
- Select the office you wish to update from the list.
- Click Settings in the top right corner.
- From the left-hand menu, navigate to the relevant form settings where you want to add conditions (e.g., Form 6 or Contract).
- Click the Special Conditions tab or button.
Step 2: Build the Library
The Special Conditions interface uses text fields for the Title and Details of each clause. This differs from the Annexure library, which uses PDF uploads.
To create and add a new special condition:
- Enter a clear and descriptive Title for the condition.
- In the Details field, enter the full text of the special condition clause.
- Click Add Special Condition to save it to the office library.
- Repeat this process to build a comprehensive library of all the conditions your agents may need.
Once added, these special conditions are immediately available for agents to select when preparing the relevant contracts and forms. This feature saves time, reduces errors, and ensures all legal documents remain consistent and compliant.
