Sign/Sell Contract Integration - How does it work for Contract Upload

This integration streamlines the contract signing process, making it more efficient and convenient for both parties involved.

Contract Upload (NSW, VIC, ACT)

  1. The contract is uploaded in the Sign Tab or Sell Tab

If there are more than 1 contract in Sign, we will populate the details on the master copy

2. The offer is accepted and the user clicks ‘Generate Contract’ and ‘Prepare and Sign’

  • It will open up a new tab on your browser with the document information side menu and a preview of the contract generated (If you have added custom text box, strike through or check box in your master contract, it will also so on the contract you generate from Sell)

  • If you didn't upload a PDF before clicking “‘Generate Contract’ and ‘Prepare and Sign’ , it would open a page for you to upload the contract (PDF) and details will be populated.

How to include changes to the contract from a solicitor?

This could be adding in agreed variations to a contract for an auction.

Option 1

  1. Go to the campaign

  2. Click Sell Tab, and Details, scroll to the document section

  3. Click Contract, and click “upload approved changes”

  4. Upload the PDF (if the changes are in a form of an email, save the email thread as a PDF before uploading)

5. Once you have uploaded the PDF, you will see the attachment under the contract, you can always remove & re upload a new PDF if need be

6. From here - if you generate / re generate for the buyer - it will generate the master contract & add the PDF you uploaded to the end of the contract generated

Option 2

  1. Go to the campaign

  2. Head over to Results Tab

  3. You can upload the PDF with the changes by clicking “upload document” or “upload approved changes”

  4. Then click generate contract and proceed to sign,
