      Sign/Sell Contract Integration - What data is being shared

      This entails the exchange of various data points between the parties involved in the contract. Essential information such as contract terms, party identities, and signatures are shared, all crucial for the proper execution of the contract.

      In either case (Contract / Contract Form), the following information will be synced from the Sell to Sign. (Whether it is an offer that has been accepted, or when you are generating the contract for the winning bidder)

      1. Vendor & Vendor Solicitor Details

      2. Buyer & Buyer Solicitor Details

      3. Purchase Price

      4. Documents uploaded in Sell

      LIMITATIONS - The below Sell fields are NOT being feed to Sign

      • FINANCE DETAILS (IE IS YOUR FINANCE APPROVED

      The What if and details

      Vendor details

      • For vendors and vendor solicitor details, if the scenario is that a Master Contract is created from the SIGN tab and the Sell tab is empty, the vendor details will come from the Master Contract and prefill to the SELL Tab details before Generation.

      • If the scenario is there is no Master Contract in the SIGN Tab but you have entered Vendor details on SELL Tab, when a Contract is finally generated, it will just copy the Vendor details from SELL.

      • Sell sends Vendor details information to the central API so that means it is always synced to all apps, including Sign. If the Vendor were updated in Sign contract or other apps, that will be updated in the Sell tab.

      In Contract Form it works as the vendor solicitor details appear when you click generate a contract in Sell, the online form page opens with such details, but it still doesn't sync from Sign to Sell Tab (upon activating the property)

      Buyer and Solicitor details

      We require at least 1 buyer to submit an offer process from SELL. If the offer doesn't enter all buyers and solicitors, they can still submit the offer and generate the contract. The Agent can just add those additional buyers or solicitors on the SIGN Contract page if they want to.

      3. Timed Sale - Winning prospective buyer’s offer?

      a. The contract won't show a purchase price if

      • there is no assigned winning buyer, or

      • when the winning buyer selected is outside the system, or

      • when the sold price is left empty.

      Documents uploaded in Sell tab

      1. All additional documents uploaded in Sell merge into the contract generated in Sign.

      2. If the document is not bundling in make sure it is added to the results tab and you can upload additional documents
