The dashboard contains all your existing campaigns - a campaign is essentially a folder where all your Pitch presentations and Sign documents are grouped together for each property.

 

 

Search for any campaign easily by address.

App switcher quick access to all other products in the Realtair suite accounts if you are an admin, and easy access to our knowledge base with all FAQ’s, videos and support documentation.

Product updates alert - you’ll be notified here whenever we add a new feature to our Realtair platform.

Profile - to identify the Realtair account you are using and to log out of the system.

Filter to view campaigns by status. Events or actions completed in Pitch or Sign will automatically update this status for you. Here’s a table of all actions that trigger a change of status.

Campaign cards

Campaign cards will show you at a glance

  • Property address

  • Primary agent

  • Most recent activity or event from Pitch or Sign

  • Campaign status

Price update: number of templates generated with type of price update in the defined time period I set

Proposal: number of templates generated with type of proposal in the defined time period I set

Price Updates Converted: Number of campaigns that have generated price update and proposal presentations in the defined time period I set.

New Listings: Total number of campaigns that have been set to “listing” or “live listing” in the defined time period I set

Sold Listings: total number of campaigns that have been set to “under offer”, “exchanged” and “settled” in the defined time period I set
