Understanding SMS Delivery Status in Pitch

This article explains how Agents can check the delivery status of SMS messages sent through Pitch. Agents can quickly know if their SMS was successfully delivered or encountered an issue.

How It Works

When you click the Send SMS button, the system will show a message based on the delivery status received from our service provider. Here are the possible outcomes:

information Useful Tip: Make sure to use plain text when creating your SMS message. Do not directly copy and paste from MS Word, PDF’s or websites. You can try to paste it in notepad first before pasting it in our send SMs form.

information Useful Tip: If your messages continue to fail, it might be due to carrier rejections often triggered by spam detection systems. URLs containing words like “price,” “payment,” or “bank” are often tagged as spam by the carrier. Here’s how to handle this:

  1. Rename your template to not include the words like “price,” “payment,” or “bank”

  2. Regenerate your presentation.
