An update on your Realtair account management
As of 30 June, the REA Connect subscription has officially been retired. We’ve worked hard to ensure this transition is seamless for you, and your day-to-day experience in Realtair will feel just the same.
However, this does mean there are a few small updates to how you’ll manage your account and profile information. This guide covers everything you need to know.
Managing Your Team
Your user list will continue to sync from your REA Ignite portal, but with one key change to how you assign roles.
- Adding or Removing Users: Please continue to add or remove team members in your Ignite account as you normally would. These changes will automatically sync with Realtair.
- Assigning a Primary Agent: To assign or change a Primary Agent role (which you might have known as a "seat"), please get in touch with our support team, and we’ll be happy to get that sorted for you.
Updating Your Profile and Office Brand
All updates to your personal agent profile or your office's branding will now be made directly within Realtair Pitch.
It’s important to know that any changes made in REA's Agent Admin platform will no longer sync across to your Realtair account.

Your Ratings and Reviews
Your current ratings and reviews from REA will continue to be displayed in your Pitch presentations.
For now, these reviews are static and won't update with new ones you receive on REA. We are actively working on a solution to bring back live updates in a future improvement.
