Important Updates for Former REA Connect Users 

As of 30 June, the Connect subscription has been officially sunset by REA and Realtair. We’ve worked hard to ensure a seamless transition, and to ensure that offices continuing to use Realtair will enjoy the same day-to-day experience. 

However, this change means there are a few minor updates to how you will manage your account and profile information. This guide outlines what you need to know. 

User Management 

Your user list will continue to sync from your REA Ignite portal, but with one key change to assigning roles. 

  • Adding or Removing Users: Please continue to add or remove team members in your Ignite account as usual. These changes will automatically sync with Realtair. 
  • Assigning a Primary Agent: To assign or change a Primary Agent role (previously referred to as a "seat"), please contact our support team, and we will be happy to assist you. 

Profile and Brand Management 

All updates to your personal agent profile or your office's branding must now be made directly within Realtair Pitch

Please be aware that changes made in REA's Agent Admin platform will no longer sync across to your Realtair account. 

Ratings and Reviews 

Your current ratings and reviews from REA will continue to be displayed in your Pitch presentations. 

At this stage, these reviews are static and will not update with new ones you receive on REA. We are actively working on a solution to restore live updates in a future improvement.
