What is VOI?
This feature, known as Verification of Identity (VOI), allows agents to verify identities by sending the verification request to their vendor's email.

My vendor has signed the Agency Agreement, why is my option to sign greyed out?
In NSW, the agent is currently unable to sign because the vendor has not completed the Identity Verification process (VOI) yet. If you have already completed the verification process outside of Realtair and would like to continue signing, click Verify in person and upload a note in the Primary ID section, and proceed with signing.
