Before You Start: Check Your Trading Details
It’s important to ensure your trading details are correct before you begin.
For contractors:
- Click your initials on the dashboard.
- Select Manage Profile, then click the Sign tab.
- Check that your trading details are accurate.
- Set GST Registered to Yes. This ensures your details appear correctly on the final document.
- Click Update and return to your dashboard.
Note: If you are an employee, your office admin will manage these settings. You can skip this step.
Generate the Agreement
- From the campaign dashboard, open an existing campaign or create a new one.
- Select the Sign tab.
- Click Create, then select Agreement.
This will open the online agreement form for you to complete.
Complete the Agreement Form
Work through each section of the online form. Sections highlighted in red have missing details that must be completed before signing.
1. Vendor Details
- If you have already created a Pitch, the vendor details will pre-fill.
- Enter the vendor’s full legal name (e.g., Kate Jane Bannister).
- If the vendor is a company, toggle this on to add the Business Name, ABN, and ACN.
- Use the toggles to identify if the vendor is the owner, acting under Power of Attorney, or another role.
- To add more vendors, click Add.
2. Property
- Select the Lot Type, Lot Number, and DP from the dropdown menu.
- Add the Certificate of Title and Folio Number.
- If Seller Disclosure is applicable, select Yes to upload the PDF. This will bundle it with the agreement.
3. Agreement
- Use the calendar to select the start and end date for the exclusive period.
- Choose Yes or No for a flat listing price. If you select No, the price from your Pitch will be used.
- Answer the remaining questions and select the grace period from the dropdown menu.
- In the Disclosure section, choose who will complete the Form 2.
4. Commission You can structure the commission as a flat percentage, a flat dollar amount, or a tiered scale.
- For this example, we’ll use 2.2%.
- You can add free text to explain a more complex commission structure.
- Select Use Listing Price as Sample Price. If you choose No, a new field will appear to enter a price manually.
To learn more about tiered commissions, please read our dedicated article.
5. Expenses
- Work through each question and select Yes or No.
6. Annexures
- Your Annexure Library is on the left, and any added annexures are on the right.
- Click Create to make a custom annexure.

Your agreement is now generated. The next step is to preview, edit, and send your document for signing.
